  • Mid-IR polarisers have similar performance to Glan laser, but are water band absorption free. These polarisers withstand higher powers and allow you to detect in the water band range.
  • Various birefringent materials are used in optical polarisation devices. Calcite polarisers from Laser 2000 are made with a very high grade of optical quality natural calcite crystals, which exhibit only very slight internal striae.
