UV Mirrors

   157-FR Series

The Laser 2000 range of UV mirrors is designed specifically for Excimer laser and frequency upconverted CW gas laser beam stearing applications. They are particularly useful for lithography, micro-machining, photochemistry and other similar applications.

These mirrors provided by Laser 2000 are of the very highest quality. Laser 2000 only uses substrates that have been polished to the very best flatness with the lowest presence of scratches and digs in the polished surface. The coatings are deposited using high performance ion beam assisted MOCVD for the hardest finish giving them one of the highest damage thresholds currently commercially available.

Laser 2000 provides 2 different mirror types for use at 157nm. The first are available for zero angle of incidence applications, the second are for use at 45°. Each mirror type is available in either 1 inch, 1.5 inch, or 2 inch diameters with an 80% clear aperture.

In addition to mirrors for use at 157nm, Laser 2000 also provides an extensive range of optics and coatings for use in the visible and infra-red.
