IR Converter

   IRC 1064

IR-Converter for Nd:YAG lasers Range of use 100W/cm2 - 2300W/cm2

The IR-converter type IRC 1064 is an active IR-converter for the visualisation of laser beams. It has particularly been developed for the visualisation of laser beams at a wavelength of 1064nm, and uses high temperature ceramic technology.

Easy handling, a high destructive threshold, long life, a very large homogenous beam projection and the use on both sides are the distinctive features of the IR-converter IRC 1064.

   Use

  • Visualisation of laser beams
  • Adjustment of the optical beam paths
  • Mode image control

   Technical data

  • Beam performance / working area: 100W/cm2 - 2300 W/cm2 (at a coupled out performance of 100W)
  • Response: 70 W/cm2 (in a dimmed room)
  • Destructive threshold: 2700W/cm2 (depending on the corresponding beam diameter and on the average laser performance)
  • Emission: green
  • Homogenous beam projection
  • Active use on both sides
  • Active surface: 50 x 40mm (on both sides)
